allowing access to contacts in Outlook
Environment
Instructions
In Outlook, you can give another person permission to edit your contacts and mailing groups. To do this, select the People tab on the left side of the outlook window. Then right click on the contact list you would like to share. You will see a menu with two options: “Share Contacts” and “Folder Permissions”. Click on share contacts to start.

Here you will be able to type in the email or name of the person you would like to share your contacts with. Hit send when you are ready to share.

Next, you will right click your contact list again but this time select “Folder Permissions”.

You can then use the options in the Permissions box to determine the level of access you’d like the other person to have.
