Hello Cecil College Members!
This article will give brief instructions on accessing shared mailboxes (as well as other mailboxes you have been given access to) from Microsoft's Outlook on the web! Please note, for all those using Outlook as a desktop app, the application will automatically update your inbox and folders after it has been completely closed. If require assistance for any reason throughout this guide, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Service Desk.
From Outlook on the web (accessible here), go to the top right of the page, to the right of the gear icon, click on the little circle with either your initials or your Microsoft profile picture, A smaller panel will open, click the third option down labeled "Open another mailbox." From there, type in the full address of the mailbox!
