Devices integrated with the new ClickShare button for sharing video meetings or sharing screen content may need the ClickShare Desktop App (Windows MSI) version installed with it, if they are having issues:

In cases where downloading the app isn't possible (the user is in a meeting or needs to share their screen in a hurry), you can open windows explorer, go to the ClickShare drive, then run the .exe in there. That will run the program and allow the buttons to work, but won't permanently install the app, which does the same thing.
The ClickShare button can work without the app, but requires the user (or us if they're confused) to open the .exe from the ClickShare drive before using the pyshical button it comes with.
