How to update Jenzabar Remote Access after a software upgrade/update
Environment
Jenzabar Desktop
Instructions
- Go to the Search Menu located in the bottom left of your screen
Type in RemoteApp
- The following will appear in the Search Menu

- Click on the option 'RemoteApp and Desktop Connections'
- A new window will open
- Select 'View Details' to access the ability to update the remote session


- Click 'Ok'
- Close the window
- The remote session to Jenzabar is now updated
