Printing badges in black & white instead of color

Instructions
To print in color, you have to verify that the correct ribbon type is selected in the printer's preferences. This varies by user, so if you are using the printer for the first time, follow along.
1. Access Printers & scanners in settings. The easiest way to do this is to search it in the search bar on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
2. Locate the printer in the list and select "Manage"
3. From here, select "Printing preferences"
4. Another window will open. Select "Device Options" from the top ribbon, then hit the drop-down menu under "Ribbon type" and select "YMCKO - Full Color/Resin Black/Overlay". Finally, confirm your choices by pressing "OK".
