How to Sign Contracts (Adj. faculty)
 PLEASE NOTE: THE INSTRUCTOR WILL NEED TO KNOW IF THEY ARE CREDIT OR NON-CREDIT TO KNOW WHAT FOLDER TO SELECT FOR THEIR CONTRACT

  1. You will need your Username and Password to sign your contract. Go to my.cecil.edu and login at the top right hand corner.
  2. Click on the EMPLOYEES Tab
  3. Click on the CONTRACTS folder on the left side navigation pane
  4. Click on ‘Employee Approval – Non-Credit’ on the left side navigation pane after a new screen appears
  5. You will now see your contract(s) listed
  6. To approve them click the arrow next ‘Employee Approval – Non-Credit’ and more options will appear
  7. Click ‘Employee Approval – Non-Credit’
  8. A new window will open with a ‘Click here’ link
  9. After you click here for contract, you will be taken to another page, APPROVAL FORMS with your Name, Address, etc.
  10. Go to ‘Contract to Sign’ and at the Drop Down Option, look for the contract/class.
  11. After you do that, towards the bottom of the page, you will type your name to sign.
  12. Then you will click, agree or submit to complete the contract signing.
