How to Create a MyJenzabar Account

1. Login to your Jenzabar desktop
2. Click on the ‘MyJenzabar’ tab on the bottom of your screen

3. Click on the ‘Request an Account’ link on the button

4. A form will now open within the tab. Fill out the form and click ‘Submit’. You will be emailed a username and password from Jenzabar.

How to Access the Learning Portal

1. Login to https://www.myjenzabar.net/ICS/  using the username and password sent from Jenzabar (see above).
2. Navigate to the tab that says “Resource Center”
3. Click the icon that says “Learning Portal”

4. A new website will open. This is single sign on and you will use the same login information for you MyJenzabar account if you are asked to sign in.
5. In the search bar at the top type in FormFlow and you will see quite a few options.
