Setting up Call Forwarding

Instructions
- Pick up the earpiece on your work landline and hit the Options button to the right.

- You will be prompted for the pin number you created when you set up your phone. *Note* If you do not remember your pin, you will need to contact the Help Desk to reset it.
- After you enter your pin, Hit Ok on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
- Point to option number 1 “Availability” and click edit.
- Scroll down to option number 5 “Custom” and select edit by hitting the button underneath of the word “edit” on the screen.

- If a number is present, delete it and type in the phone number you want your calls to be forwarded to.
- Hit Done.
