Setup Automatic Replies (New Microsoft Outlook)

Desktop/ Online Steps
- Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the application to open Outlook settings.

- Select Accounts > Automatic Replies. Click the toggle to Turn on automatic replies.

- After completing Step 2, the second half of the window will become available with the following options:
- Send replies during a time period – Set a time frame for your Automatic Reply (out-of-office).
- Send automatic replies inside your organization – Draft your out-of-office response

To turn off your automatic replies, go back to the Gear icon and toggle off Automatic replies.
