Security Notice and Acknowledgment

Granting an exception to Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) reduces the security protections normally required to protect institutional systems and data. MFA significantly decreases the risk of unauthorized access resulting from compromised passwords.

Any approved MFA exception is temporary and may not exceed 30 days unless explicitly renewed and approved through a new request.

If a hardware token is issued as part of this exception and the device is lost, stolen, or damaged, the employee is responsible for purchasing a replacement token from the college.
