A variety of equipment can be rented, as well as staff that can help run the equipment.
Recording and playback support is also available for events.
For virtual and hybrid events, we support Zoom Webinars (up to 1,000 participants), Zoom Meetings (up to 500 participants), and Teams Meetings, and more.
All events must be requested with two weeks’ advance notice. Availability cannot be guaranteed for requests without two weeks' advance notice.
