How to Register and Reset your Windows Login password.
To reset your password, you need to go online https://portal.office.com/
Once you are on login page, please click Can’t access your account?
The type of account you need to pick is Work or School Account
Next, enter your email address and the characters shown in the picture or the words from the audio, as shown in the example below and click next.
Choose the first contact method for verification as shown in the example below.
Choose the second contact method for verification as shown in the example.
Once you have completed both the verification method, you will be presented with password reset window. Please choose a strong new password and click Finish.
